Validation and Access Issues
How do I access my portal?
- If you have been listed as a supplier in scope for this years reporting, you will have been sent an email invite to validate your customers and complete the declarations. This will come from Mondra and may land in your junk or spam email inbox. Please follow the link to the portal.
- If you are have not received the email invitation, please reach out to us at support.3keel@mondra.com with the customer name and commodity you are supposed to be reporting for, and we will assign you the relevant survey and resend you the link.
How do colleagues gain access the portal?
- If another member of your organisation needs access to the account, they will need to register their email on the Mondra platform. The 3Keel team will then validate this account access request. Alternatively, please email support.3keel@mondra.com with the name of your account and your colleagues details and we will add and approve their request manually. Thank you.
