Policy Questions
The policy questions relate to each customer you supply to, for each commodity you supply to them. Policy questions are due by the 13th December 2024. Select 'Policy question' from the Home Page to be taken to the policy questions table. To support you completing policies, you are able to import answers and view 2023's archived policy answers.
Policy questions table
The table provides an overview for:
- type of commodity
- customer associated to the policy questions
- status of survey
- the action you need to take to complete each policy/ if the policy has been submitted
Status of each policy and action required
Ready to validate: The customer has not been validated yet, confirming whether you do - or do not - serve them a commodity. 'Select 'Ready to validate' to complete the process.
New: This means you have not started your survey. Select 'Complete questions' to go to that customer's policy questions.
In progress: You have started to answer policy questions for the names customer, but the policy has not yet been submitted. Select 'Complete questions' to go to that customer's policy questions.
In Review: The policy has been submitted, and 3Keel will review your policy answers for the names customer. Select 'Review answers' to look at that customer's submitted policy questions.
Completed: 3keel have reviewed your answers and the policy submission is correct and complete. No further action required.
Completing policy questions
Questions asked for each customer's commodity policy are a mix of yes/no questions, option selection, and text boxes. Mandatory questions are marked with a red *. The answers provided for each question will populate further
questions below depending on your answer.
To save your progress, select the ‘Save
progress’ button at the top right-hand side of the screen, you must make sure
you do this before leaving the page. 'Surveys' at the top of the page will take you back to the Home Page.
At the bottom of the policy page of your customer questions is a 'Submit' button. Select to submit your policy questions for the related customer.
Archived surveys
Archived surveys enable you to access a 'read only' view of 2023 submitted commodity customer policy questions.
Select ' Review answers' to access the previous year policy submissions.
Import policy answers
If you are required to complete customer questions for the same commodity for multiple customers you can clone your policy answers from an already submitted customer policy (so long as the answers remain the same).
When the status for a commodity is showing as 'In review', you can go into the policy questions for the same commodity for a different customer and select 'Import answers' from the top right-hand side of the screen.
You can import answers from 2023 or from customer policies already submitted for 2024. Select the customer commodity policy you wish to duplicate from the drop-down menu, then select 'Import answers'. The answers will be imported into the existing customer policy for you to 'Submit' at the bottom of the page.
