Help and Support

There are multiple methods available on the 3keel Sustainable Commodities platform for seeking further information and support. Further support can be sought through the Help Centre, Chat function and by raising a ticket.

You can also email support.3keel@mondra.com

Commodities platform



In the Commodities portal, select the ? in the top right-hand corner of the platform to access the in-platform support.



From the widget you can go the the Help Centre, Submit a ticket, Chat with bot to find answers to commonly asked questions, or chat to an agent.

Select the x to close the widget when done.

Help Centre



Within the Help Centre you can access knowledge base article which include videos and links to webinars, and access articles which will support you using the platform. You can also log a ticket with the Commodities team, and use the blue widget in the bottom right-hand corner to speak to an agent.
