Seeking Help and Support

3Keel is responsible for managing the collection, analysis, and reporting of Commodities data for Cocoa, Coffee, Palm Oil and Soya.  
Online support, including live chat and ticketing queries, is available between 9am and 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday, excluding national bank holidays in England, where our Support Team will be happy to help.   

3Keel Commodities Support 

There are multiple methods available on the 3keel Sustainable Commodities platform for seeking further information and support. Further support can be sought through the Help Centre, Chat function and by raising a ticket. 

Help Center 

The Help Centre contains knowledge-based articles to support you completing your surveys.  
Popular Articles and your Recent Articles are available at the bottom of the page. 

Chat 

You can access Chat via the speech bubble icon on the bottom right-hand corner of 3keel Commodities Support platform. Chat enables you access to our Customer Support, where an agent will answer your queries.  

Logging a Ticket 

Tickets can be logged on the 3keel Commodities Support platform. Any tickets logged will be accessible through ‘Tickets’. 
Any queries, concerns or customer feedback can be logged through the ticketing system. Please give as much detail as possible to enable us to respond effectively. 
Answers to your Ticket and the status of your ticket can be checked through the Ticket section.
