Participating Retailers
Missing Surveys:
- If you are missing surveys for commodities which you should be reporting for any of these retailers for the 2024 calendar year, please reach out to support.3keel@mondra.com referencing 'Missing or Incorrect Surveys' and we shall assign these to you.
Incorrect Surveys and Exclusion Requests:
- If you are out of scope for this years reporting and have been asked to complete a customer survey, please file an exclusion request for the relevant commodity surveys through your portal. This will be either accepted or rejected by the customer at which point you will be notified.
