If you have received a survey from a retailer but believe you are out of scope, please declare this to 3Keel within the registration process by submitting an exclusion request in the validation questions section of the portal. No further action will be required once you have made this declaration.


This applies if:

Cocoa - You have received a cocoa survey from a retailer but you have not supplied that retailer with any own-brand products that contain cocoa – neither as a raw material nor ingredient.

Soy - You have received a soy survey from a retailer but you have not supplied that retailer with any own-brand products that contain livestock-based products (animal proteins that are fed with soy e.g. meat/dairy/eggs/fish) — neither as a raw material nor an ingredient.

Palm Oil - You have received a palm oil survey from a retailer but you have not supplied that retailer with any own-brand products that contain palm oil – neither as a raw material nor ingredient.

Coffee - You have received a coffee survey from a retailer but you have not supplied that retailer with any own-brand products that contain coffee – neither as a raw material nor ingredient.
