We are an agent or broker acting on behalf of a supermarket, what should we do?
If you are an agent or broker acting on behalf of a supermarket, you will still need to work with your manufacturers to gather the information required for the declaration form and report this back to us. The declaration form will be addressed to your business, but the Parent and Subsidiary names may be for another company if they are not part of your business group.
For the policy questions, you do not need to send these to any other company. They should be completed solely from the perspective of your own organisation.
