If our business only purchases ingredients that contain cocoa, and not cocoa directly, how should this be reported?

If you only buy ingredients already containing cocoa, such as chocolate or liquid chocolate, you will need to complete the Module B: Part of a Product tab in the Cocoa Declaration form. This requires information related to the type of cocoa used in the ingredient (e.g. cocoa mass, cocoa powder, etc). and only the total weight of the cocoa content within the ingredient used in the product supplied to your customer. .

Please do not include the weight of other ingredients, such as milk, sugar, etc.
