What evidence do I need to supply when declaring Cocoa?

If you are declaring use of certified cocoa materials, you will need to provide us with your appropriate site certification number. If we are unable to verify the certification number listed, we may ask you to provide proof of site certification. 
If you are declaring use of certified materials, but you do not hold site certification, we will ask you to provide proof that you have purchased certified materials from your direct supplier.
