What do I do if I don't know who the importer is?
You are requested to provide information about the importer of the cocoa in your products. If you do not know who the importer is, please contact your supplier for this information.
If, after discussing with your supplier, you are unable to identify the importer, please enter UNKNOWN in the importer column and submit your declaration form.
