Soy Upload Issues/Error Message
Update: 16/01/25 - Please be advised we are currently investigating an issue with uploading the soy declaration which is leaving many suppliers unable to do so successfully. We are sorry for the trouble here and are thank you for your patience. We will update this page to confirm this issue has been resolved as soon as possible. If you are experiencing difficulties with uploading your soy declaration please read below.
As a first step, please make sure the following two points are resolved as these would result in the error message you are receiving.
1) Please ensure you are using the most up to date version of the soy declaration. Due to a technical error in the original version, a new version of the soy declaration was made available in late December. If it is the case that you are using the old version, please copy your answers over to the new declaration, please note the two are identical in terms of what they ask of you. If it is the case that this is already the new declaration form, then this error message will result from a mistake in your data. Please let me know if this is the case and I shall find a time to go through it.
2) Please ensure you have answered either Yes or No to all the 'activities you engage in' options in the Company Information Tab. Leaving some of these blank instead of selecting 'No' will mean you are unable to submit your declaration.
If both of these potential issues are correct, please do contact us with the subject line 'Soy Upload Error' and we shall work to solve the upload issues you are experiencing. Please do confirm what browser and version are you using when you try to upload your declaration.
